- The payment period of 30 days granted by Klarna begins on the date of the order.
- Personalized products and digital data, as offered by us, are excluded from return. We will of course offer replacements for damaged products.
- It is possible that you will not receive the ordered products (with the exception of digital data, which is always available immediately) until after the 30-day payment period (e.g. if the order volume is very high). Nevertheless, the payment deadline must be met in any case.
- Billing and delivery address must be identical when paying with Klarna.

Purchase on account (Pay later): The payment period is 30 days from the order date.
The use of the invoice payment method requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract.
